Drive profitability (Contribute to PnL) by ensuring optimal productivity, growing revenue, taking out cost, and establishing\/implementing innovative solutions for fleet management.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Ghana Fleet Supervisor\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Contribution to Profit &amp; Loss<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New and existing customer management, (including 3P shipping lines).<\/li>\n<li>Truck performance (cost\/utilization\/ )<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement &amp; optimization of trucking assets<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on established investment plan<\/li>\n<li>Set and supervise the fleet team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Operational excellence<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HSSE adherence<\/li>\n<li>Drive compliance &amp; regulatory adherence<\/li>\n<li>Truck operation basis security \/ IT standards<\/li>\n<li>Optimal productivity of trucks (GPS monitoring, fuel consumption monitoring.)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate trucks repairs and maintenance with vendors(s)<\/li>\n<li>Keep administrative documents updated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>General Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract management with vendors, Overall stakeholder management<\/li>\n<li>Drive adherence to the governance framework<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the team adheres to the standard processes and customer-specific IOP\u201ds.<\/li>\n<li>Set a clear objective and guide the team to achieve targets.<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance and ensure targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Drive transformations and culture shifts to meet the desired expansion of our footprint in Ghana.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the Customer Satisfaction Survey to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the relevant commercial and product team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvements and keep regular proactive stakeholder communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Leadership:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sustainably develop trucks drivers&#8217; competencies and availability<\/li>\n<li>Engagement of trucks drivers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships while working closely with external partners<\/li>\n<li>Engagement of Fleet team<\/li>\n<li>Team performance management<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and drive\u00a0for the fleet team on proactive customer support and issue resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Attract, develop, and retain talent within your area of responsibility and sustain a capable Multi carrier team through coaching and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required experience,\u00a0<\/b><b>skill &amp; competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ghana trucking market knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills for concise and precise reporting of activities<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management &amp; collaboration in a matrix organization<\/li>\n<li>Commercial mindset<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maersk is brilliant at incubating talent and for the right candidate, the opportunities are endless to grow within the organization with horizontal or vertical moves basis consistently strong performance.
