\n\u2022 Advise the Board of Directors on matters of Corporate Governance.
\n\u2022 Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
\n\u2022 Serve as a liaison between the company and its stakeholders and shareholders.
\n\u2022 Provide legal advice and responses to the correspondence of legal nature.
\n\u2022 Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support the business activities of the company.
\n\u2022 Develop, review and maintain policies and procedures for the smooth execution of activities of the company.
\n\u2022 Represent the company when the need arises in all legal and contractual obligations.
\n\u2022 Prepare and submit relevant reports and documents to BOG, RGD and other stakeholders<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, team working, and written\/verbal communication

\n\u2022 Potential candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a reputable financial institutions<\/p>\n
