Newmont Ghana recruits <strong>End User Computing &#8211; Senior Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the Regional IT Services Manager and lead effort for effective regional end-user support of IT Services, support activities associated with IT services and support functions in accordance with Service Level Agreements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assist the IT Services Manager in ensuring the delivery of support of IT facilities, PC\/Desktop, and IT End User Support Service Delivery teams<br \/>\nProvide and manage oversight and continuous improvement of service delivery for Newmont&#8217;s regional IT operations<br \/>\nSet and align performance goals for Regional EUC\/Services Teams<br \/>\nCoach and mentor Lead Technicians within the company<br \/>\nPerform root cause analysis, address findings, seek budgets and generate project requests<br \/>\nThe duties and responisbilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical skills, Education\/Training &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s of Science degree in Computer Science or its equivalent<br \/>\nMCSE certification, Network and CISCO certifications are plus<br \/>\nMust have a minimum of 8 years working experience in services or technical support role, project management experience and mine site based IT support role<br \/>\nMust have good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
