Ensures that all Quality Standards including SLA\u2019s and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>To offer the highest levels of Service Delivery to all Passengers utilising the Airport.<\/li>\n<li>Provides inspirational proactive leadership to the Customer service team. Supervises all Front line Customer Service staff to encourage and implement laid down Standard Operating Procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Gathers comprehensive customer service feedback data and presents to the Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Generates superior service at all times through the continuous training and development of the Customer Service Team.<\/li>\n<li>Any other additional task as assigned by the senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic preferably with a third language preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of people management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven Customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>People Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Track record of team leadership<\/li>\n<li>Able to anticipate customer needs and multitask<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Previous Experience<\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialist &#8211; minimum 5 years of job-related experience required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a high pressure environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and direct staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Job Specific Skills<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Operational process, systems and procedures, training requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce accurate work sometimes under tight timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail with ability to focus on customer service related subjects<\/li>\n<li>Requires in-depth knowledge of operational working practices and the day to day running of an Airport Terminal<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills combined with a solution oriented approach<\/li>\n<li>May be allocated extra tasks as required by the Terminal Management<\/li>\n<li>Must have a high degree of self-motivation and a flexible work attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred<\/li>\n<li>To be able to work as a supportive member of a team in a cross-cultural environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should apply by emailing CV\u2019s in MS word to:<\/p>\n<div><strong>info@emaric.com and visit our website www.emaric.com<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Offer valid till:\u00a002 Jun, 2012<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description To provide a 5 star service to all NDIA Customers professionally and promptly.
