Our\u00a0<strong>Ericsson Ghana Graduate Program<\/strong>\u00a0will start in\u00a0<strong>Nov\/Dec 2022<\/strong>\u00a0and focuses on technology leadership. We aim to attract and guide the most hardworking, innovative and creative technology minds.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for Engineering and\/or IT Graduates who have completed their studies between\u00a0<strong>2021 and 2022<\/strong>\u00a0with one of the following bachelor\u2019s degrees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer Science \/ Software\/Computer Engineering \/ IT or Information Systems \/ Networks Engineering\/Communications degrees with a focus on Telecommunications<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should not have more than 1 year of work experience<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who are in their final year and about to graduate, should obtain their bachelor\u2019s degree latest by June\/July 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in the role you must have<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Network level competence<\/li>\n<li>Database Understanding<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of programming and scripting language<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of IT Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Broad Technical Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial &amp; commercial thinking<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving Ability<\/li>\n<li>Creative Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Good planning and organizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork &amp; collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe in growing our graduates and giving them a chance to have the best possible start in their career.
