\n\u2022 Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
\n\u2022 Carrying out inspections of the Markets to identify and resolve issues
\n\u2022 Checking electrical, plumbing and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
\n\u2022 Maintain and manage highly automated equipment
\n\u2022 Develop and implement best practices, standards and procedures in all maintenance functionalities.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in maintenance of large enterprise such as Markets, malls, Universities, hotels, large shopping centres etc.
\n\u2022 Should have knowledge in construction, electrical tension, mechanics, air conditioning, telephony and networks and maintenance.
\n\u2022 A minimum of ten (10) years working experience.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations.
\n\u2022 Have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting and budgeting
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities<\/p>\n
