You will be responsible for the creation of manufacturing routings and work packets to serve the workshops a Manufacturing Engineer \u2013 OFE you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding engineering Bills of materials, drawings, and specifications to interact and liaise with internal and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Being able to understand machining, fabrication, and Assembly processes of assembly\/test operations.<\/li>\n<li>Creating repair procedures and Weld maps to facilitate refurbishment operations and compile Survey reports and disposition engineering requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising between workshop personnel and Design Engineers to overcome challenges and providing Bid support to Proposals (ITO) to assist in the preparation of quotes<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring manufacturing cycle times ensuring continual improvement and engaging in process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying the accuracy of supplier\u2019s invoices and approving the costs, following Baker Hughes policy<\/li>\n<li>Influencing and implementing continuous improvement of processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fuel your passion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show solid experience in manufacturing engineering<\/li>\n<li>Have a Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in the field<\/li>\n<li>Be able to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, routers, bill of materials, manufacturing procedures manual, and basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, fractions).<\/li>\n<li>Be able to influence and negotiate with others and lead small teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work in a way that works for you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
