The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through others for periods of up to one year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager (Kumasi Branch)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, retain, and motivate 15 active Financial Advisors licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and design cutting-edge strategies to motivate Financial Advisors for peak performance.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting product refresher training as well as relevant topics to improve the skill set of financial advisors every month.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting non-performing Advisors through PRP and Co-attendance in the team in conjunction with the Branch Sales Manager to improve performance.<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop more commercial worksite markets and develop strategies to penetrate them on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Vet and certify by signing on all proposal forms to ensure they are fully and accurately completed for data capturing.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to meet reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage error rate to 2% returns or below for the team on a month-on-month, year-to-year basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary Degree from an accredited University.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Sales Manager is preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Have strong administrative capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Should be comfortable in applying the sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Having difficult conversations and being assertive.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching of others<\/li>\n<li>People\/performance management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic<\/li>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Customer First<\/li>\n<li>Leading with influence<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration (Relating)<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<li>Execution<\/li>\n<li>Personal Mastery<\/li>\n<li>Technical \/Business Competencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is responsible for the development of a distribution strategy in order to meet sales targets.
