We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sourcing Analyst \u2013 Oilfield Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner with the best<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Sourcing Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will ensure to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at the business or plant level. May also include management of regional and local suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborating on proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in the own field.<\/li>\n<li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about the design and coordination of services rendered.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to projects as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months<\/li>\n<li>Being responsible for the Procurement and Sourcing for Ghana and Ivory Coast<\/li>\n<li>Being responsible for all supplier cost control initiatives and compliance in these two countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fuel your passion<\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university or college<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in Sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate solid experience in Sourcing and procurement environment<\/li>\n<li>Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work in a way that works for you<\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
