\n\u2022 Liaises with the Attorney-General\u2019s department and other stakeholders for the preparation and review of legal documents relating to GMet\u2019s mandate
\n\u2022 Represents GMet on matters that may be brought before the courts of law
\n\u2022 Provides dispute resolution services for GMet
\n\u2022 Collaborates with other Directorates of the Agency to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
\n\u2022 Prepares and submits relevant periodic and annual reports and Provides inputs for the preparation of the annual budget<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have been called to the Ghana Bar (Barrister-at-Law)
\n\u2022 A minimum of nine (9) years post-call relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should be in a senior management position in a reputable organization
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the GMet Board in collaboration with the Public Services Commission<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A detailed Curriculum Vitae with contact telephone numbers, email addresses and three referees, including contact details internal candidates must have two satisfactory Staff Performance
\n\u2022 Appraisal Reports for immediate past years iv. A vision statement of a maximum length of two pages
\n\u2022 Photocopies of Academic Certificates
