The role holder will be required to lead the entire technical team and external stakeholders for the development and promotion of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Review technical proposals from investors and give recommendation to the CEO<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and Manage project and plan for the development of preparatory works for promotion and development of the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and Manage the installation of Utilities for companies within the Enclave<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist companies to acquire all relevant licenses and permits from relevant regulatory bodies<br \/>\n\u2022 To monitor and evaluate operations in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub to ensure value retention for the country<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with HR to develop human capital to ensure an industry ready workforce<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish, keep and maintain a register of companies and service providers operating within the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor the construction activities within the organisation to ensure works are done according the local standards and any applicable international standards<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competency Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong Knowledge of manufacturing, production and processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong people management skill\/Team Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication skill<br \/>\n\u2022 Good Problem solving skill\/critical thinking<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong Project Management Skills<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0<a class=\"google-anno\" href=\"https:\/\/jobwebghana.com\/jobs\/director-operations-technical-kpmg-ghana\/#\"><span class=\"google-material-icons\">shoppingmode<\/span>\u00a0Microsoft<\/a>\u00a0Word, Excel, Power Point, Project<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A master\u2019s degree in Petro chemicals or petroleum engineering disciple or equivalent<br \/>\n\u2022 Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including supply chain, customer service, QHSE, and employee training and management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of twelve (12) years of working experience within the Oil, Gas &amp; Chemicals industry with at least five (5) years in a managerial role<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly send your application with a detailed CV with the subject line \u201cDirector, Operations and Technical\u201d to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>hr@kpmg.com.gh<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Director, Operations and Technical Role Summary The role holder will oversee the technical operations of the organisation.
