{"id":77162,"date":"2022-11-24T13:13:37","date_gmt":"2022-11-24T13:13:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=77162"},"modified":"2022-11-24T13:13:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T13:13:37","slug":"kpmg-ghana-vacancies-2022-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kpmg-ghana-vacancies-2022-3.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Ghana Vacancies 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager, Local Content<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role holder will provide leadership in the Local Enterprises Development Unit and will promote the recruitment and retention of Ghanaians in the organisation and initiate strategies that will empower indigenous enterprises to take advantage of the opportunities in the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate strategies that will ensure the availability of an industry-ready workforce to drive the growth of the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor to ensure value retention for the country through the acquisition of indigenous produced goods and locally provided services<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitate the participation of Ghanaians in technical and managerial functions of the companies operating within the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub<br \/>\n\u2022 Partner training institutions to develop skills required for the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitate capacity development of local enterprises<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate the development of the universal qualification system<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and present annual plans and performance reports of the Unit<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Chief Executive or the Director of Sustainability<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competency Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Thorough and current knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations<br \/>\n\u2022 Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong commercial acumen with an ability to synthesize an issue and make sound commercial judgment<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an ability to network and interact at all levels<br \/>\n\u2022 Advanced computer literacy skills \u2013 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp;
