{"id":772,"date":"2010-09-09T08:34:42","date_gmt":"2010-09-09T08:34:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=772"},"modified":"2016-11-17T09:44:56","modified_gmt":"2016-11-17T09:44:56","slug":"stanbic-bank-jobs-in-ghana-procurement-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/stanbic-bank-jobs-in-ghana-procurement-officer.html","title":{"rendered":"Stanbic Bank Jobs in Ghana: Procurement Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Stanbic bank <\/strong>is one of the leading banks in Ghana, Stanbic Bank Ghana recruits <strong>Procurement officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate would be required to coordinate, facilitate and manage operational support processes relating to Logistics and Procurement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Source for quotations and analysis of same for all procurements<br \/>\nPrepare request for Quotations\/proposal\/tender documentations<br \/>\nEnsure that the approved authorised signatories have endorsed invoices and supporting documentation for payment processing<br \/>\nProcess all procurement related invoices for onward transmission to Finance and track same to ensure that payments are made on time to the Bank&#8217;s vendors<br \/>\nIdentify procurement savings opportunity and implement agreed action plans to achieve targets set<br \/>\nConduct half yearly performance management of the Bank&#8217;s service providers against agreeed SLA&#8217;s and submit report for corrective action where applicable<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1st Degree in a Business related field plus a professional qualification in Procurement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n5 years experience in a Logistics or Procurement environment<br \/>\nKnowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies:<br \/>\nKnowledge\/experience in procurement and strategic sourcing methodology<br \/>\nKnowledge\/experience in the use of the SAP Materials Management\/Supply<br \/>\nAnalytical and must have a feel for numbers<br \/>\nResearch skills<br \/>\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, specifically Excel, word and Power Point<br \/>\nTeamwork, commitment and self motivated<br \/>\nInquisitive and problem solving skills<br \/>\nPositive attitude, flexible and adaptable to change<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nResults driven<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlines and limited supervision<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should email their application letter and current Curriculum Vitae (cv) to: <strong>recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh <\/strong>or post to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head, Human Resources<\/strong><br \/>\nStanbic Bank Ghana<br \/>\nP.
