\n\u2022 Act in the absence of the Principal of the College among others<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be a distinguished master teacher and scholar in teaching and learning
\n\u2022 Be at least is Principal Tutor in the College of Education
\n\u2022 Possess a research Master\u2019s Degree
\n\u2022 Have at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a senior management position with good knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the colleges of Education in particular and tertiary education in Ghana in general and be ready to propose measures to mitigate them
\n\u2022 Be able to complete at least one term of 3 years before attaining the compulsory retirement age of 60 years<\/p>\n
