{"id":77215,"date":"2022-11-25T06:26:53","date_gmt":"2022-11-25T06:26:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=77215"},"modified":"2022-11-25T06:26:53","modified_gmt":"2022-11-25T06:26:53","slug":"kpmg-ghana-new-recruitment-2022-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kpmg-ghana-new-recruitment-2022-3.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Ghana New Recruitment 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Director, Human Capital &amp; General Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The job holder is responsible for leading the human resource, IT, and general services functions of the organization, ensuring the formulation and implementation of best practice policies, procedures, and programs and promoting operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide guidance and counsel on matters relating to the HR, IT, and administration services function and ensure the development of strategies that are aligned with the business needs and strategic direction of the organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop a strategic human capital plan for talent acquisition, development, utilization, motivation, and retention that is aligned with the organization\u2019s corporate strategy and objectives<br \/>\n\u2022 Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain the best talent to meet the organization\u2019s manpower needs and ensure optimal staffing levels at all times<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish a human resource policy and procedures manual and ensure this is duly implemented and regularly reviewed\u2022 Demonstrate ownership of and communicate the HR department\u2019s strategic direction and objectives to all staff ensuring mutual understanding of roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the formulation and implementation of an effective performance management system that is objective, equitable, transparent, and merit-driven<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the design and implementation of need-based, cost-effective learning and development strategies to support the organization\u2019s business goals and improve performance<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of remuneration and reward policies and practices that balance employee satisfaction\/ well-being with the organization\u2019s resources<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop, lead, and manage the organization\u2019s Industrial Relations policies and practices to enable employee engagement, productivity, and legal compliance.
