Treasury<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role holder will work directly with the Financial Controller on financial analyses related to cash management, debt management, and other business model opportunities with companies operating within the organisation and manage investment activities, manage and limit risk and supervise cash management activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the organisation such as payroll management and invoicing<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare the organisation\u2019s budget on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the organisation\u2019s expenditure are within the budget<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage revenue mobilization from all sources available to the organisation and provide forecasts for future financial decisions<br \/>\n\u2022 Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the organisation should take<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare cash flow financial statements for relevant stakeholders<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of the organisation\u2019s finances is maintained.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate the preparation and review of the organisation\u2019s Financial Reports, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyse and submit reports on all aspects of the monthly financials for the organisation in compliance with Financial Regulations and Legislations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competency Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good networking, communication\/interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial planning and treasury practice and regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Well-developed strategic orientation with competitive awareness.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of operational risk management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent analytical skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent leadership\/managerial skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of nine (9) years relevant experience, three (3) of which must be in management role<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in Finance with 5 years post qualification in treasury roles<br \/>\n\u2022 Full professional accounting qualification (ICA, ACCA or equivalent)<\/p>\n<p>Location: Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply For The Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kindly send your application with a detailed CV with the subject line \u201cManager, Financial Planning &amp;
