{"id":77493,"date":"2022-11-30T11:02:20","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T11:02:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=77493"},"modified":"2022-11-30T11:02:20","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T11:02:20","slug":"kpmg-ghana-current-jobs-2022-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kpmg-ghana-current-jobs-2022-3.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Ghana Current Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager, Communication and PR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role holder will lead the implementation of the communications strategy of the organisation and coordinate engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assign, supervise, and review the activities of public relations team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Design and edit promotional publications, such as brochures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and maintain the company\u2019s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop, implement, or maintain crisis communication plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Direct activities of external agencies, establishments, or departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programmes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Draft speeches for the organisation\u2019s Executives and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with investors, government officials, and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluate promotion programmes for compatibility with public relations efforts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programmes, working with public relations executives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify main investor groups and targets, determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them, and develop and implement a communication plan.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage communications budgets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Observe and report on social, economic, and political trends that might affect employers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
