{"id":77494,"date":"2022-11-30T11:01:09","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T11:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=77494"},"modified":"2022-11-30T11:01:09","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T11:01:09","slug":"kpmg-ghana-new-recruitment-2022-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kpmg-ghana-new-recruitment-2022-4.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Ghana New Recruitment 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Audit Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role holder is responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the activities of the Internal Audit Unit of the organisation, to ensure effective and efficient internal control systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in the development of organisational Risk Management Plan<br \/>\n\u2022 Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews\/audits<br \/>\n\u2022 Periodically analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the control system in place to mitigate risk and promote the control culture of the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct performance audit and special audit investigations as and when necessary, or upon request by an appropriate authority;<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with all departments within the organisation to ensure effective and efficient auditing of operations;<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate audit activities with external auditors;<br \/>\n\u2022 Recommend changes in policies and procedures in a way that shall impact positively on the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Audit Unit in the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and review performance of every year;<br \/>\n\u2022 Examine and report on the organisation\u2019s fixed assets register from time to time<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical skills, abilities &amp;
