{"id":77496,"date":"2022-11-30T10:59:35","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T10:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=77496"},"modified":"2022-11-30T10:59:35","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T10:59:35","slug":"kpmg-ghana-new-jobs-2022-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/kpmg-ghana-new-jobs-2022-4.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Ghana New Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Director, Internal Audit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role holder will lead the Internal Audit function and ensure efficient systems of control and compliance in all sections of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Review and ensure the development and implementation of strategic and annual audit work plans and budget for the Audit Unit<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the execution of performance, compliance, operational and financial audits in accordance with acceptable standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Appraisal and report on the soundness and application of the system of controls operating in the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the evaluation of the effectiveness of the risk management and governance process and contribute to the improvement of the risk management and governance process<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide assurance on the efficiency, effectiveness and economy in the administration of programmes and operations of the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluate compliance of the organisation with enactments, policies, standards , systems and procedures and recommend corrective actions<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake special investigation at the request of Management and the Board<br \/>\n\u2022 Review and submit reports (Annual Audit report and quarterly report on the execution of annual audit workplan)<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor the implementation of recommendations made in audit reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure training, mentoring and development of the audit team and liaise with HR towards the development of a succession plan for the department<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
