Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: VIP Protection (AfCFTA )<\/strong><\/p>\n AU Values Organization Information<\/p>\n Reports to: Security and Facility Management Officer<\/p>\n Directorate\/Department: Administration and Human Resources Management<\/p>\n Division: Administration and Human Resources Management<\/p>\n Number of Direct Reports: 0<\/p>\n Number of Indirect Reports: 0<\/p>\n Job Grade: GSA5<\/p>\n Number of Positions: 03<\/p>\n Contract Type: Regular<\/p>\n Location: Accra, Ghana Provides daily technical support in the execution of security operations activities in a bid to ensure a safe and secure work environment<\/p>\n Main Functions Specific Responsibilities Academic Requirements And Relevant Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Security Studies or related fields with 2 years of relevant work experience in Police, military, or VIP security.<\/p>\n Diploma in Security Studies or related fields with 3 years of relevant work experience in Police, military, or VIP security;<\/p>\n Certificate of Security Studies such as military and police with 6 years of experience in military, police or VIP Security would be considered in lieu of a Diploma<\/p>\n Required Skills Leadership Competencies Core Competencies Functional Competencies TENURE OF APPOINTMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n The appointment will be made on a regular term contract for a period of three (3) years, of which the first twelve months shall be considered as a probationary period.
