\n\u2022 Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and\/or e-mails regarding and\/or hardware problems
\n\u2022 Liaise with third-party support and tech equipment vendors
\n\u2022 Manage company website and social media accounts<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of modern office technology hardware and software
\n\u2022 Knowledge of new\/social media<\/p>\n
