\n\u2022 Achieving targets set by the company in relation to marketing budget spend, average selling price, sales selling overhead
\n\u2022 Refining of the company\u2019s overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines
\n\u2022 Promoting and enhancing brand and brand image
\n\u2022 Preparing market research ad competitor analysis with continual updates
\n\u2022 Defining all target markets and developing applicable sales models and strategies
\n\u2022 Creating marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy
\n\u2022 Maintaining positive customer service geared to enhance company reputation, increase profitability, while achieve customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 Managing all sales collection processes, including cooperation with account department
\n\u2022 Managing staff and activities of the sales and marketing department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing & Sales
\n\u2022 Multi-lingual (local & international) a plus
\n\u2022 Must have:<\/p>\n
\nO Excellent communication skill and high confidence in stating professional opinion
\nO Excellent business development and advisory skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 People relations skills
\n\u2022 Ability to drive with valid license<\/p>\n
