{"id":78576,"date":"2022-12-17T06:34:12","date_gmt":"2022-12-17T06:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=78576"},"modified":"2022-12-17T06:34:12","modified_gmt":"2022-12-17T06:34:12","slug":"old-mutual-south-africa-jobs-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/old-mutual-south-africa-jobs-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"Old Mutual South Africa Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate training programs are designed and delivered in line with the needs of the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Training Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess the organization&#8217;s training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with sales managers\/area managers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training manuals that target tangible results.<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective and purposeful training methods.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage the training budget.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.<\/li>\n<li>Assess sales employees\u2019 skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.<\/li>\n<li>Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and motivational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced record-keeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with similar experience in previous roles are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate training programs are designed and delivered in line with the needs of the business.
