Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Head of Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n Department:<\/strong>\u00a0Management Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for the planning, development and execution of all of the bank\u2019s marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations efforts, both external and internal, as well as coordinating at the strategic and tactical levels with the other operations of the bank<\/p>\n General Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department External Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Maintain contacts with Media Houses (i.e Electronic and Printing), the communities, customers\/clients and regulatory bodies including the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and ARB Apex Bank for regulatory compliance and updates<\/p>\n Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies or a related field. \n\u2022 Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all media channels
\n\u2022 Monitoring customer satisfaction and ongoing service quality
\n\u2022 Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer persons
\n\u2022 Identify community events and opportunities that maximise the bank\u2019s visibility and align with the bank\u2019s strategic objectives
\n\u2022 Identify new marketing segments, product development and market share growth opportunities
\n\u2022 To undertake other functions as may be directed by the Chief Executive Officers from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years experience in Banking, preferably commercial, rural or community banking with 3 years experience in managerial practice
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, T24 Banking software and reporting writing, leadership, managerial skills, multi-tasking and Big-Picture Thinking<\/p>\n
