NCR is a trademark of NCR Corporation in the United States and other countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics Coordinator<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position reports\/ works very closely with the Services Parts Operations Manager (SPM) helping him manage day-to-day operational issues<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates and works on escalation, daily metrics, operational financials issues, internal reviews, and daily tracker on various activities including ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Parts Demand in a timely and cost-effective manner. Works with remote teams to process customer orders, including order input, resolving order holds, and notifying customers of delays.<\/li>\n<li>Provides parts availability, order status, customer pricing, and part number information to internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Follows the company processes in maintaining Inventory Integrity as per Company expectations<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management<\/li>\n<li>Carry out inventory cycle counts and reconciliation exercises.<\/li>\n<li>Reports quality issues\/concerns to appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with other division subject-matter experts to uncover root causes of problems and assists with resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Generates reports capture information and records data using desktop tools. Work on understanding and evaluating vendors\u2019 invoices and identify discrepancies if any.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains comprehensive knowledge of assigned processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Consults and Collaborates with Team and SPM in improving existing processes or establishing new ones to address, new or changes to, business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary education in Logistics \/ IT or Finance<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a Multinational Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solver<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Target oriented<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven<\/li>\n<li>Proven Fluency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Offers of employment are conditional upon passing screening criteria applicable to the job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EEO Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Integrated into our shared values is NCR\u2019s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
