{"id":7879,"date":"2012-05-23T07:33:52","date_gmt":"2012-05-23T07:33:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=7879"},"modified":"2016-11-14T10:48:28","modified_gmt":"2016-11-14T10:48:28","slug":"rental-sales-manager-needed-by-international-distribution-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/rental-sales-manager-needed-by-international-distribution-company.html","title":{"rendered":"Rental Sales Manager Needed by International Distribution Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Adexen Recruitment Agency<\/strong> is looking to recruit a <strong>Rental Sales Manager<\/strong> for an international distribution Company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its development strategy, our client is looking for a Rental Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the development of short and long term lease of heavy duty vehicles and equipments.<br \/>\nThe rental sales manager will also be responsible for the prospection of new clients and credit leasing.<br \/>\nThe position is based in Accra, Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Rental Sales manager, rentals will have as principal responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure that business objectives in terms of volume and profitability are maintained,<br \/>\n\u2022 To know market conditions in Ghana and identify clients&#8217; needs,<br \/>\n\u2022 To create rental offers and optimise existing ones,<br \/>\n\u2022 To put in place new solutions and adapt old ones in order to increase global performance,<br \/>\n\u2022 To train and manage the Rentals team<br \/>\n\u2022 To organise and supervise the Rentals team in the execution of everyday tasks,<br \/>\n\u2022 To manage client relations and follow up on client portfolio,<br \/>\n\u2022 To develop sales through prospection of new clients,<br \/>\n\u2022 To manage long and short term rentals,<br \/>\n\u2022 To manage and supervise the company&#8217;s fleet of vehicles and also the resale of used vehicles resulting from the rental activity,<br \/>\n\u2022 To manage partner and supplier relations,<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure that Rental reports are properly established.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good knowledge of the rentals industry,<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience as a sales manager with a rental agency,<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of Short and Long term rentals,<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent team work skills<br \/>\n\u2022 English speaking<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of Africa (Francophone or Anglophone) is a plus.<\/p>\n<p>Kindly send us your Word CV at <strong>ADEXEN-749529@adexen.eu<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit a Rental Sales Manager for an international distribution Company.
