\n\u2022 Provide administrative support for the Baord by ensuring that minutes of meetings of shareholders and Directors at Board meetings are properly recorded in the form required by the company\u2019s Act 2019, Act 992 and other regulatory bodies
\n\u2022 Maintain all statutory registers, books and records of the bank
\n\u2022 Ensure that the Annual Financial Statement of the Bank is dispatched to persons entitled to as required by Act 992
\n\u2022 Ensure that all statutory forms, return and documents are duly filed with the Registrar General and other regulatory bodies
\n\u2022 Provide the Board with guidance as to their duties, responsibilities and powers and on the changes and developments in laws affecting the operations of the bank
\n\u2022 Ensure proper implementation of board strategic decisions
\n\u2022 Keep the board abreast of all relevant legistative, corporate governance and risk management developments
\n\u2022 Ensure that the board\u2019s constitution and policies are all in place and implemented<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A Master\u2019s Degree in Accounting and Finance will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Must be a qualified member in good standing of any of these professional bodies, ICSA, ICAG, ACCA and a Legal Practitioner who has been caleed to the Bar
\n\u2022 Not less than 3 years of proven experience on a board or company secretary
\n\u2022 Must not be less than 35 and not more than 50 years at the date of application<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must understand Ghana\u2019s laws and legal responsibilities
\n\u2022 Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills
\n\u2022 Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Must be a team player and self \u2013 oriented person
\n\u2022 Must have knowledge in ICT ie. Microsoft Office applications<\/p>\n
