The Second Production Operator will report to the Production Shift Leader.<br \/>\nThe position is based in Accra, Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:<br \/>\n\u2022 Receiving and unloading beans, collating and weighing process rejects at the end of his shift,<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring proper housekeeping of the working areas, piloting the process in the absence of the shift first operator,<br \/>\n\u2022 Meeting the volume objective in his section, ensuring finished product meets agreed upon specification<br \/>\n\u2022 Enforcing safety, food safety, security rules and takes necessary actions to maintain food safety and secured environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring proper housekeeping of the working area assigned and enforces safety, security rules and takes necessary actions to maintain a safe and secured environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist the first production operator in handling the process in their respective sections and ensures expected production volumes are achieved.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good personal hygiene practice and focuses on producing quality and food-safe products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing the process in the absence of the shift first operator, supporting technical department during PM &amp; cleaning days<br \/>\n\u2022 Attending periodic overall meeting (team meetings, general production\/plant meetings)<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A minimum of HND [Electrical &amp; Mechanical] or MET\/EET ll \/lll<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in food industry<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge about food safety<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of computers and printers<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022 Precise and secure in activities<\/p>\n<p>Kindly send us your Word CV at <strong>ADEXEN-505453@adexen.eu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international FMCG Group to recruit a Second Production Operator for its operations in Ghana.
