\n\u2022 preparing accounts and tax returns;
\n\u2022 administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure;
\n\u2022 auditing financial information;
\n\u2022 compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements;
\n\u2022 analyzing accounts and business plans;
\n\u2022 providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation;
\n\u2022 financial forecasting and risk analysis;
\n\u2022 dealing with insolvency cases;
\n\u2022 negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organizations;
\n\u2022 meeting and interviewing clients;
\n\u2022 Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
\nWork tends to be office based, although audit projects may keep graduate accountants away from home for one night or several weeks. Working hours may often extend beyond the regular nine to five at peak times such as at the end of the financial year, and are common in the commerce and financial sector.<\/p>\n
\nA minimum of 5- 10 years post experience
\nExperience in Oil and Gas \/ Energy Sector<\/p>\n
\n– have the ability to work accurately
\n– have good communication skills
\n– be able to convey recommendations both clearly and accurately
\n– have a strong aptitude for Mathematics
\n– be able to analyze, compare and interpret facts and figures
\n– have sound judgement and business sense<\/p>\n
