To be able to assist clients to meet increasing demands relating to regulations and other factors, we require the skills and expertise of a Manager, Internal Audit to join our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager &#8211; Internal Audits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Client responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to CIAs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs and other executives of conglomerates, multinational companies, and in the public sector<\/li>\n<li>Contribute through your expertise\/approaches\/knowledge as the clients are eager to learn from your own ideas and experiences<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a risk assessment, prioritize engagements, develop a risk-based internal audit plan, and obtain board approval<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal audit charter in conformance with Standards and receive approval from the client<\/li>\n<li>Lead or supervise the engagement team to deliver the internal audit and other risk related work<\/li>\n<li>Use an internal control framework to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the relevance, sufficiency, and reliability of potential sources of evidence<\/li>\n<li>Prepare relevant and appropriate communications for internal audit\/risk stakeholders, including reports to senior management and the board<\/li>\n<li>Lead the delivery of corporate governance and risk management engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Board assessment\/evaluation and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in proposal development and market activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>People responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to performance feedback and people-related initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate our fundamental values: professional respect to all team members; personal accountability; trustworthiness; and teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive learning culture \u2013 you will support in developing junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring<\/li>\n<li>Act as Counsellor to two or more team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have the following:<\/strong><strong>Educational And Academic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Science or Business Administration from a reputable institution<\/li>\n<li>Professional Certification in Internal Audit (CIA) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree from a reputable institution will be a bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting experience is highly desired<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years of relevant working experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong applied knowledge of internal audit, risk and internal control, accounting, financial reporting, business operation, process, and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English<\/li>\n<li>Execution focused and proven ability to get things done<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with a bright, friendly, enthusiastic and energetic team<\/li>\n<li>An opportunity to develop your personal and business skills by working on challenging projects with some of the most well-known companies as well as through our extensive learning and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Receive a competitive remuneration package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who We Are<\/strong>At EY we support you in achieving your unique potential both personally and professionally.
