We pack and process orders for global on-site and off-shore locations to ensure accurate and successful delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse and Yard Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner with the best<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Warehouse and Yard Associate, you are to responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement\/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Warehouse and Yard Associate, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading, coordinating, or overseeing warehouse &amp; logistics operations. Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, &amp; contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping).<\/li>\n<li>Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse).<\/li>\n<li>Managing and coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. Drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and\/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.<\/li>\n<li>Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fuel your passion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university or college<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 4 years of experience in Logistics or warehouse and yard activities<\/li>\n<li>Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.<\/li>\n<li>Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work in a way that works for you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
