He\/She will be responsible for maintenance of civil installations (buildings, roads, HVAC, kitchen). The Project Engineer will report to the Technical Manager.<br \/>\nThe position is based in Accra, Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise works performed mainly by contractors (permanent contractors and contractors hired for specific job) with special attention to be paid to Environment, Health and Safety and Food Safety<br \/>\n\u2022 Specify and describe local projects in conjunction with \u201cproject owner\u201d.<br \/>\nPrepare bidding documents as well as evaluate quotations and advise management<br \/>\n\u2022 Select contractors for projects and for selected maintenance jobs<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure materials will be timely ordered and available for the project.<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise during all works by focusing on execution according to the company\u2019s standards including EHS and Food Safety standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with other departments within organization in order to obtain technically correct information for projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with Engineering Department in Netherlands.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with EHS coordinator in order to have jobs performed according to the company\u2019s EHS standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize and implement maintenance schedule of civil structures (buildings, roofs, doors) and related installations (HVAC, water, toilets, and washrooms) and infrastructure as roads, perimeter wall, drains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in mechanical, electrical, or other relevant engineering field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience in maintenance of civil installations and related equipment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to supervise local contractors.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in using computerized maintenance programs<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong skills on human relations<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced in Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, Maximo, Autocad)<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems by using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment and failures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent Communication skills both (oral and written)<\/p>\n<p>Kindly send us your Word CV at <strong>ADEXEN-573637@adexen.eu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international FMCG Group to recruit a Project Engineer for its operations in Ghana.
