He or she will also identify business opportunities that can increase the bottom-line, develop products around same, and develop a good and strong relationship with selected suppliers and service providers.<br \/>\nThe position is based in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for Sales activities of the company<br \/>\n\u2022 Increase the company\u2019s market share via aggressive sales yet being profitable with the strategy and target agreed with the superior<br \/>\n\u2022 Focus both on import and export market.<br \/>\n\u2022 Secure good rates and conditions which will enable the company to earn a margin yet having competitive rates to customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Secure agreed volume target by selling-end-to end and focusing on winning business with appreciable volumes and margins in the company\u2019s focus industry especially mining and infrastructure.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the sales team and ensure that direct reports are coached and deployed in job roles where they can give optimum output while maintaining high levels of engagement and motivation among staff<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar or related position<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have hands on experience in sales &amp; marketing in the logistics sector<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum of a B.Sc degree from a recognized University, an MBA will be of great advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and tactics as well as implementation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Very good in the use of Excel and presentation tools, ERP knowledge will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 Attention to detail, Excellent Personality, Assertive, Confident, and good selling skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good command over written and spoken English language<br \/>\n\u2022 Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Problem solving and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to think outside the box<\/p>\n<p>Kindly send us your Word CV at <strong>ADEXEN-496908@adexen.eu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading transport and logistics firm to recruit a Sales Manager for its operation in Ghana.
