\n\u2022 Working with purchases ledgers and journals
\n\u2022 Recording and filling cash transactions
\n\u2022 Petty cash management
\n\u2022 Invoice processing and filing
\n\u2022 Processing expense requests
\n\u2022 Bank and creditors reconciliation
\n\u2022 Asset Register management
\n\u2022 Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
\n\u2022 Filing and maintenance of transaction documentation
\n\u2022 Assisting with audits, record verification and resolving discrepancies<\/p>\n
\nReports To:<\/strong>\u00a0Senior Accountant<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role
\n\u2022 Previous experience with relevant accounting software is preferred<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Spreadsheet
\n\u2022 Competent at Bookkeeping
\n\u2022 High numeracy and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Meticulous and attentive to details<\/p>\n
