\n\u2022 The incumbent will manage customer journeys to ensure seamless and convenient account creation and product usage, while maintaining strict compliance with all company and procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Create repeatable processes, resources and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
\n\u2022 Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sales through successful implementation
\n\u2022 Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
\n\u2022 Work with sales teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and maintain high level customer service
\n\u2022 Leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement and update to customer onboarding process and procedures
\n\u2022 Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper delivery of customer support
\n\u2022 Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
\n\u2022 Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
\n\u2022 Adhere to expected level of due-diligence, internal policies and KYC norms while opening new customer accounts
\n\u2022 Education customers and ensure best practices are in place to enhance expectations<\/p>\n
\nReports To:<\/strong>\u00a0Team Lead: Credits and Deposits<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years credit background
\n\u2022 Must wield strong understanding of operational and quality assurance procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of financial risks and potential fraud mitigation
\n\u2022 Knowledge of service quality principles and practices
\n\u2022 Product knowledge
\n\u2022 Working knowledge and understanding of credit and deposit accounts and relevant processes
\n\u2022 Customer centric
\n\u2022 Teamwork \/ Cooperation
\n\u2022 Problem solving \/ Analytical
