{"id":80356,"date":"2023-01-17T15:10:39","date_gmt":"2023-01-17T15:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=80356"},"modified":"2023-01-17T15:10:39","modified_gmt":"2023-01-17T15:10:39","slug":"mtn-globalconnect-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-globalconnect-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN GlobalConnect Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Engineer: Service Process\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission\/<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Core purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role will be responsible for providing quality and performance reports for all core and backbone GlobalConnect services, Roaming, Signaling, Messaging, IT, IP\/MPLS.<\/p>\n<p>This role will be responsible for the analytics and projections to ensure that the core is stable, within capacity and stable for customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/strong>Core, essential responsibilities \/ outputs of the position (KPA\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p>Technical Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide service performance reports and analysis for the GlobalConnect internal customers:<\/li>\n<li>Measuring &amp;
