{"id":80357,"date":"2023-01-17T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-17T15:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=80357"},"modified":"2023-01-17T15:17:00","modified_gmt":"2023-01-17T15:17:00","slug":"mtn-globalconnect-new-vacancies-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-globalconnect-new-vacancies-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN GlobalConnect New Vacancies 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Lead: Service Desk Monitoring\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission\/<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Core purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role will be responsible for providing operational monitoring support, managing a monitoring support desk team that monitors the GlobalConnect services for Roaming, Signaling, Messaging, IT, IP\/MPLS areas as well as customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/strong>Core, essential responsibilities \/ outputs of the position (KPA\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide monitoring for the GlobalConnect internal and external customers:<\/li>\n<li>Raising tickets and communicating with end users<\/li>\n<li>Analyse impact of incidents and provide feedback to affected users or business area<\/li>\n<li>Provide escalation support to the team to expedite the resolution on incidents<\/li>\n<li>Ability to find\/explore workaround solutions for exceptions not covered in the initial configurations of the systems<\/li>\n<li>Incident tracking and major incident management<\/li>\n<li>Produce reports on support team performance around issues, correspondent status, aging &amp;
