{"id":80587,"date":"2023-01-20T14:28:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-20T14:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=80587"},"modified":"2023-01-20T14:28:33","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T14:28:33","slug":"aml-limited-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/aml-limited-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"AML Limited Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Internal Auditor at AML Limited is to provide risk management support and to optimize efficiency by identifying possible noncompliance or sources of waste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Auditor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations\u2019 effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Add value and improve the organization\u2019s operations: Advising management and the Board of Directors regarding how to better execute operations<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the adequacy of process design and effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives<\/li>\n<li>Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk and work to prevent fraud<\/li>\n<li>Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability in all areas of the company<\/li>\n<li>Present findings to Management in the form of reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Audit all forms of Expenses and Revenue Streams made by the company and ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively audit day-to-day transactions made into QuickBooks.<\/li>\n<li>Provide an annual Audit of all departments and suggest ways to improve systems.<\/li>\n<li>Audit daily operations and suggest ways of improving same.<\/li>\n<li>Examine validity and reliability of financial, accounting and other data and advise on any deviations<\/li>\n<li>Perform internal audits of financial and departmental operations<\/li>\n<li>Implement internal audit tasks in areas of risk management and internal control.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Financial Accounting or Financial Management (essential).<\/li>\n<li>A chartered accountant or at Final Level (ACCA, ICA CIMA etc).<\/li>\n<li>Three years of work experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Ghana Tax is essential<\/li>\n<li>A member of CIT or IIA, Ghana will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and effectively communicate with the Board<\/li>\n<li>Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Salary Range between GH\u00a26,000 and GH\u00a26,500<\/li>\n<li>Deadline is Friday, 27<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0January, 2023<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications and CVs should be sent to\u00a0<strong>uniqjq@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not more than 45 years<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Internal Auditor at AML Limited is to provide risk management support and to optimize efficiency by identifying possible noncompliance or sources of waste.
