Reporting\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission\/<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Core purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role will be responsible for providing quality and performance reports for all core and backbone GlobalConnect services, Roaming, Signaling, Messaging, IT, IP\/MPLS.<\/p>\n<p>This role will be responsible for the analytics and projections to ensure that the core is stable, within capacity and stable for customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/strong>Core, essential responsibilities \/ outputs of the position (KPA\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p>Technical Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to collect, clean, analyse datasets and create data models to aid in the visualization of data<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed analysis across a broad range of data sources, producing timely and accurate reports<\/li>\n<li>Put in place process to ensure report are validated against quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in large datasets for effective decision making<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with key stakeholders to identify and understand their data and business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports for business reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform Network Performance KPI troubleshooting and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Work with other key stakeholders to ensure service delivered meet SLA<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify opportunities for improvements in the reporting processes<\/li>\n<li>Analyse potential impact and risks feedback to responsible business area<\/li>\n<li>Lead in the training, adoption, and usage of SOC\/NOC reporting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements\u00a0<\/strong>(Education, Experience and Competencies)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3-year Academic Degree (Engineering\/Computer Science\/ Statistics)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and language of country preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in Telco environment<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis with Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Python is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Power BI is desirable<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge in Macros and VBA<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of the telecommunication industry \u2013 especially wholesale carrier services is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the OSS and BSS system architectures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify key issues in a situation and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide direction and leadership towards multiple business units with the organization<\/li>\n<li>Maturity to handle ambiguity and adaptive to dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regional and international travel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing requirements of business and staff members<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Interpersonal and technical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
