\n\u2022 He\/she is also the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and reports to the Principal<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be responsible for all administrative, secretarial and personnel matters of the college
\n\u2022 Be the secretary to the administrative, secretariat and personnel matters of the college
\n\u2022 Be the secretary to the college council, all committees of the council, as well as statutory committees of the college<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Hold a good first degree and minimum of a postgraduate degree preferably in Administration and management related area
\n\u2022 Have served as a Deputy College Secretary in the College of Education or Senior Assistant Registrar in a Tertiary institution or comparative grade in a similar institution\/organization for at least 4 years
\n\u2022 Be capable of planning, organizing implementing and administratively managing all activities related to the Office of the College Secretary
\n\u2022 Have considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding of the tertiary education structures and environment in general<\/p>\n
