This will be a first-level support role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Information Technology Field Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or related field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Desired)<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with Windows\/Office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.<\/li>\n<li>Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting backup\/restore operations.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be able to work inside and\/or outside of Accra<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To provide high level customer service while assisting with account management, incident troubleshooting, network support, and hardware\/software configuration.
