Job Profile
\nIMPAQ International is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated USAID-funded Education Evaluation Program in Ghana. The primary objective will be to build, improve and strengthen monitoring and evaluation capacity at various levels within the Government of Ghana and local institutions; support USAID\/Ghana Performance Management Plan functions; and promote evidence-based decision-making in the education sector.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong> Desired Qualifications<\/strong> Application<\/strong>
\n\uf0a7 Master degree in a related field such as Education or Economics
\n\uf0a7 At least 5 years of experience in management and monitoring and evaluation programs, and conducting education research and policy studies
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated experience in working with senior government officials and civil society for USAID or other donor development programs
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated skills in problem solving, consensus building and coordination of government and civil society institutions
\n\uf0a7 Strong leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
\n\uf0a7 Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7 Ph.D. in relevant field.
\n\uf0a7 Regional program management experience in West Africa\/Ghana preferred.
\n\uf0a7 Experience in M&E and education in Ghana preferred<\/p>\n
