\nIMPAQ International is a US-based firm providing exemplary research and consulting services to domestic and international clients in the areas of impact evaluation studies, applied research, policy analysis, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and technical assistance.<\/p>\n
\nIMPAQ International is seeking a Research & Evaluation Design, Analysis & Training Specialist for an anticipated USAID-funded Education Evaluation Program in Ghana. The primary objective will be to build, improve and strengthen monitoring and evaluation capacity at various levels within the Government of Ghana and local institutions; support USAID\/Ghana Performance Management Plan functions; and promote evidence-based decision-making in the education sector.<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7 Master degree or equivalent in Economics or related field
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated abilities in program\/project results monitoring and reporting
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated technical expertise, ample field experience, and specific technical experience in quantitative impact analysis methodologies, including randomized trials and cost-effectiveness studies
\n\uf0a7 Field survey design and implementation experience
\n\uf0a7 Ability to rapidly develop impact evaluation scopes of work and consolidate independent relationships with technical level public officials and civil society partners in carrying out impact evaluations
\n\uf0a7 A minimum of 5 years working in similar activities
\n\uf0a7 Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7 Ph.D. in relevant field
\n\uf0a7 Experience in M&E and education in West Africa\/Ghana preferred<\/p>\n
