\nIMPAQ International is seeking a Performance Monitoring Information Specialist for an anticipated USAID-funded Education Evaluation Program in Ghana. The primary objective will be to build, improve and strengthen monitoring and evaluation capacity at various levels within the Government of Ghana and local institutions; support USAID\/Ghana Performance Management Plan functions; and promote evidence-based decision-making in the education sector.<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7 Master degree in related field
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated abilities in program\/project results monitoring and reporting
\n\uf0a7 Demonstrated experience in PMP system design, development and maintenance and capacity development support to government officials and project staff
\n\uf0a7 Field survey implementation experience
\n\uf0a7 A minimum of 5 years working in similar activities
\n\uf0a7 Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7 Ph.D. in relevant field
\n\uf0a7 Experience in M&E and education in West Africa\/Ghana preferred<\/p>\n
