Understanding of relevant registration processes &amp; the bank\u2019s internal controls &amp; processes, specifically relating to the drafting, execution, management &amp; custody of all facility letters\/loan agreements\/collateral documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Understanding of the bank\u2019s products and facilities.
