We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.<\/p>\n<p>Come join our 34,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children\u2019s life stories!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Security Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the position:<\/p>\n<p>Provide administrative and coordination support to the security Guards so to ensure effective implementation of the security function.<\/p>\n<p>Major Responsibilities: (please define in output format \u2013 1-10 things of what you expect to see as a result of this position)<\/p>\n<p>Key Outputs\/Responsibilities (Accountabilities and results) Weight (%)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support and coordination to the Security Guards and ensure the correct record keeping and inspection\/screening of all vehicles, visitors and goods that enter and\/ or leave the premises and ensure compliance of security procedures in the office as per the Organizational policies. 20%<\/li>\n<li>Provide support, coordination and conduct security orientation and\/or briefings for visitors as requested and in addition conduct periodic security risk assessments in the office as may be requested by the HEA&amp; Security Manager 20%<\/li>\n<li>Keep a log of all security incidents and coordinate the follow-up as directed by the Security Manager 10%<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and monitor the movement of all vehicles that enter and leave the World Vision Ghana compound- organization vehicles, staff private vehicles and visitors\u2019 vehicles. 10%<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and provide adequate security during National programmes at the office. Coordinate and screen visitors that enter the office. 10%<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and supervise Security Guards to provide effective night\/day guard services within WV Ghana premises. 10%<\/li>\n<li>Submit routine and monthly reports to the HEA and Security Manager. 10%<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe keeping of all duplicate keys and other classified documents under the Security and ensure the overall safety of the property in the office. 10% \u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Total 100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With over 70 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience the fullness of life.
