The duties include planning digital campaigns to build a community online, identifying trends in customer interactions as well as analyzing engagement data.<\/p>\n<p>The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts of the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification: Degree\/HND in related Course<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience : 4 years<\/p>\n<p>Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hrs per week<\/p>\n<p>Duration: Full-Time<\/p>\n<p>Locations: Accra<\/p>\n<p>Salary: Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Media Manager\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Focusing on set KPIs and optimizing towards them within each campaign<\/li>\n<li>Working with internal Design Teams to ensure creative briefs are clear and assets are delivered on time, with clear testing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Update social media content across all channels and engage with customers and followers<\/li>\n<li>Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze social media trends<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with external partners to stay on top of campaigns delivery and performance<\/li>\n<li>Develop Social media strategies to meet KPIs and KRAs for campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation, looking for opportunities to improve processes and insights<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with social media influencers and develop a strong network and brand awareness<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content writers<\/li>\n<li>Running company social media advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all customer service queries received via social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching Social Media Executive\/s on content creation best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing, CRM and Product Development teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media Manager<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><strong>&amp;
