The Customer Support Executives is to build retention with customers, resolve their queries, and made to feel part of the Pridebet family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Support Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification: Degree\/HND in related Course<\/p>\n<p>Experience : 3 years<\/p>\n<p>Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hrs per week<\/p>\n<p>Duration: Full-Time<\/p>\n<p>Locations: Accra<\/p>\n<p>Salary: Negotiable<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Service\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Executive\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective clients inquiring about the products and services we offer.<\/li>\n<li>Handling Social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram) queries from existing and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\u2019s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer relationships and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Upselling and cross-selling the different products and services The Company offers to existing and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining customer records by updating their accounts and recording client information.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Customer satisfaction at all times through follow-ups.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting hourly tests to confirm that the services are working efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Sending out daily reports (checklist) on how the tests have been carried out and the findings.<\/li>\n<li>Performing bi-weekly competitor analysis and updating findings<\/li>\n<li>Escalating any major problem (if any) to the supervisor on duty.<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pursued customer leads.<\/li>\n<li>Winning back already existing clients that have gone dormant.<\/li>\n<li>Creating detailed reports that outline the leads generated.
