\n\u2022 Collaborate with a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure the right packaging and dispensation of medicines
\n\u2022 Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Pharmacy Technicians to ensure proper procedures have been followed
\n\u2022 Ensure that patients requesting deliveries have legitimate prescriptions before any dispensation occurs
\n\u2022 Manage the logistics system and ensure that deliveries to patients happen on time.
\n\u2022 Develop and manage drug formularies for mymutti.com and other online platforms
\n\u2022 Manage customer experience on mymutti.com (Complaints, user experience, product availability, bug reporting & troubleshooting)
\n\u2022 Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies (i.e. content curation, calendar management, supervising artworks, schedule posts, etc.)
\n\u2022 Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center
\n\u2022 Other duties as may be assigned by the Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Demonstrates strong work ethics and a proactive \u201ccan do\u201d attitude that requires minimal supervision
\n\u2022 Fluent in English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
\n\u2022 Strong project management background
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
\n\u2022 A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high-quality deliverables for a diverse set of concurrent initiatives
\n\u2022 Experience working in a pharmacy and managing teams is an advantage
\n\u2022 Must be able available to work four (4) morning shifts and one (1) Saturday evening shift \u2013 A standard total of 40 hours per week<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Current practicing license
\n\u2022 At least 2 years of experience working in a Retail Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy<\/p>\n
