{"id":81647,"date":"2023-02-03T15:06:04","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T15:06:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=81647"},"modified":"2023-02-03T15:06:04","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T15:06:04","slug":"the-saladboss-ltd-jobs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/the-saladboss-ltd-jobs-2023.html","title":{"rendered":"The SaladBoss LTD Jobs 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Launch Operations: Help us with the launch of our second branch location.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sales, Marketing, Research: Develop marketing strategies and calendar to increase exposure of Saladboss, business opportunities, and leads; implement advertising campaigns; analyze the competitive advantage and profitability of the restaurant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Social Media Management: Build and increase exposure of Saladboss through social media channel and platforms; develop and administer content to engage users, create an interactive relationship with customers and potential customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Events Management: Plan events (both online and offline) to increase engagement with customers; create posters for events; prepare newsletters; assist with execution of events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships among business brand ambassadors and influencers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reporting: Provide reports and improve the sales of the restaurant based on data and business goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 University Graduate with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.<br \/>\n\u2022 With at least 3 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, skilled in marketing, research, scaling growth, profit, and efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven track record and results are a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have strong verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Adept in basic computer skills, proficient in social media<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, and work ethics<br \/>\n\u2022 A strong portfolio \/ detailed info of your past works and experiences (will be requested during the interview \u2013 links or files).<br \/>\n\u2022 Those qualified will be sent an interview invitation email at least 2 days before the interview date (no phone call will be made).
